Shaynon Gramling specializes in real estate sales and leasing in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Northern New Jersey. Shaynon began his career at the end of 2013 after graduating from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. He has gained experience in both real estate sales, as well as property management, including at the world-iconic Empire State Building. Understanding that real estate is a relationship-driven business, Shaynon takes a genuine approach, building life-long friendships with property owners, sellers, buyers and renters.

Shaynon combines his extensive market knowledge with innovative technology in order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date and accurate information, in the most efficient way possible. This allows his clients to make informed decisions regarding their assets. Shaynon is also an expert in using social media for real estate. He has found a way to reach people all over the world and has built up a large following, giving his clients another tool to give their properties maximum exposure during the marketing process. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York in a city called Geneva, Shaynon has a diverse background. While studying at Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Shaynon traveled and studied abroad in the UK, Spain and France. He currently resides in Downtown Jersey City, NJ.
